These terms exist so everyone can play in peace. By using Jogo da Sueca Online you agree to follow them.

The service
Jogo da Sueca Online lets you play Sueca with other people and against bots. The game is free and involves no betting or cash prizes.
Your account
- Each person should have a single account.
- You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for what is done with your account.
- Your player name must not be offensive or impersonate someone else.
Conduct at the table
When playing, you agree to:
- Not use offensive language, threats or harassment in chat or in names.
- Not cheat: colluding with opponents, sharing cards outside the game or using programs that play for you.
- Not create multiple accounts to manipulate the ranking, the rating or tournaments.
- Not deliberately abandon matches to harm other players.
Moderation
We may warn, suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and correct results or rankings affected by cheating.
Intellectual property
The design, code and content of Jogo da Sueca Online belong to the project, unless stated otherwise. The rules of Sueca, of course, belong to everyone.
Availability and liability
We do our best to keep the game available and free of errors, but the service is provided as is. Interruptions can happen, for example during updates.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. How we handle your data is described in the Privacy policy.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the version in force. Continuing to use the game after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by Portuguese law.
